Yoga to transform yourself

Distilled from the essence of yogic science, Dhyanalinga is the highest possible manifestation of the divine. With all the seven chakras energized at their peak, it is like a doorway to the beyond, ultimately leading to liberation.

If you have been in the physical presence of the Dhyanalinga and have been substantially touched by its energy, just closing your eyes will naturally invoke it. Or else follow these simple steps to access the grace of Dhyanalinga:

Ø Wash your head or alternately wet the top of your head
Ø Sit cross-legged
Ø Gaze at the picture of the Dhyanalinga for 2-3 minutes
Ø Take the middle and ring finger, (left hand for women and right for men) and press them into the soft area just beneath the point where the rib cage meets. Hold for 2-3 minutes
Ø If you have been into any steady spiritual practice for a year, block your left nostril and take deep breaths for one minute
Ø Sit with an upturned face for several minutes

The basic thrust of the energies of the Dhyanalinga is to foster spiritual growth and transformation of a person. However, on each day of the week, the Dhyanalinga radiates different qualities through which you may derive multitude of benefits for your life.

Monday: It helps in fertility, childbirth and cleansing of doshas in the body and mind. It is the root of all growth and brings awareness of the divinity in man

Tuesday: It helps in procreation, imagination, intuition, mental stability, conjugal relationships and to heal one’s inner ailments

Wednesday: Creates a zest for life and aids in general health, material and mental wellbeing

Thursday: It is a day for devotion, love and seeking the divine

Friday: Purifies negative energies and helps develop memory, concentration, patience and synchronicity with nature

Saturday: Leads to knowledge and enlightenment, especially for those seeking self-realisation

Sunday: It is the best day to receive the Guru’s grace and to break the illusion of ourselves
